CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens—I get it! If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any fees. • Cancel before the 12-hour mark? No problem, no charge. • Cancel within 12 hours? There may be a 50% fee (or at least some mild disappointment). • No-show, no-call? That’s 100% charge and a worried waxer because, are you okay? Just give me a heads-up, and we’ll keep things cool!
